Murmur Pro Text Message Alerts - Program Terms

Program description. Murmur Pro, operated by Murmur Technologies, offers optional text message (SMS) alerts that notify you when a venue replies to a booking inquiry you sent through Murmur Pro. Each message identifies the venue, may include a short excerpt of the reply, and links to your Murmur Pro inbox. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to opt in. Sign in to your Murmur Pro account, go to Settings > Notifications > Text message alerts, enter your mobile number, and check the consent box. You will receive a confirmation text. Enrollment is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Varies with your inbox activity; typically one message per venue reply.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn off text alerts under Settings > Notifications. To re-enable alerts, reply START or turn them back on in your settings.
